You may hear these slogans thrown at you as you earn your spot in the music industry but today more then ever its important to balance out your personal health and your business oriented goals. As we have seen way too much in the world today the effects of being overworked and underappreciated as well as not speaking out when we need help because its seen as a sign of weakness, its time to open then discussion of when is enough enough and how can we balance the workload between health & music?
